Offensive behavior can be punished by whatever the Administrators deem necessary for the situation this could be a player ban or even team ban. This can include racism, insults, threats, sexual harassment, stalking, and anything else that is deemed offensive by the Administrators. Offensive Behavior of any kind is not allowed.

Anyone breaking this code of conduct may be punished at the discretion of the League Administrators, Owners, or other superiors as necessary. Similar restrictions apply not only to the Teams and Players, but every single person involved with or present at a stage of ESA. Harassment may also include posting sexually explicit images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, propositions for sex or sexual favors or acts, doxxing or posting Personally Identifying Information (“PII”) even if the PII is a matter of public record, continued and consistent spamming, or any other sufficiently. The ESA shall apply the intent of the rule in light of the meaning and purpose of the Rulebook as a holistic whole as well as preserving the interests of fair play, competition, and sportsmanship. If any provision of the Rulebook shall be invalid or impracticable either in whole or in part, such a provision will not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this Rulebook. ESA may choose in its sole and absolute discretion to make judgments that even go against this Rulebook in the interests of fair play and sportsmanship. The ESA also reserves the right to pass judgment on cases that are not specifically supported or detailed in this Rulebook. The ESA Admins, as well as Owners and other Assigned Staff (“ESA” or “The ESA”) reserve the right to amend, remove, or otherwise change the rules outlined in the ESports Association Rainbow Six Rulebook (“Rulebook”), without further notice.
